Shipping
Currently we will ship your order anywhere in the United States. We offer shipping using UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS). The method of shipping is chosen by you at checkout time and the shipping costs vary by method you choose and the distance the product must travel. The cost is strictly determined by the shipping company. If the shipping method allows the package to be tracked, the tracking number will be sent to you as part of the receipt.
Returns
We sell Monforte espresso coffee and believe it is among the best coffee available anywhere, and we strive to make you a happy Monforte espresso drinker. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, return the unused portion to us and we will refund its cost, give you credit equal to its cost toward another product, or exchanged it for another product of equal value.
Our return policy is:
If we make a mistake in fulfilling your order, return it to us and we will refund the full cost of the package including shipping.
If you are not satisfied with a product, return the unused portion to us for a full refund with the following caveats:
Returns should be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
We will not be able to refund your shipping cost for the order, but will pay for the return shipping.
“Unused portion” means you will return the majority of the product shipped. That is, we assume that you tried it, decided it wasn't for you and returned it. If you ship back a half empty package, we feel it’s only fair to pro-rate the amount returned.
Espresso machines must be returned within 30 days with their original packaging, and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.
To make a return, email Customer Service and request an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label and we will send you a prepaid label and instructions on how to return your package to us for the refund.
